Inside CNote’s Flagship Fund Fixed Income Opportunity.

Inside CNote’s Flagship Fund Fixed Income Opportunity.

At CNote, we believe your money should work toward more than just financial returns—it should help build stronger communities. That’s the idea behind our fixed income products, which allow clients to earn returns while supporting opportunities like small business growth, affordable housing, and disaster recovery.

The Flagship Fund, with a history of no losses, is a fixed-income investment option. Here’s how it works.

How It Works

  1. Capital In
Clients invest funds into CNote’s fixed income offering. These funds are structured as promissory notes (“Notes”) issued by CNote.
  2. Strategic Deployment
CNote channels that capital to a vetted network of Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs) loan funds, specialized lenders with a proven track record of supporting underserved communities.
  3. Community Lending
CDFIs deploy this capital into high-impact projects supporting small business growth, affordable housing, climate resilience, and community development.
  4. Returns and Reporting
You have the potential to earn 4% annual return, and Investors receive reporting on the impact of their investment within communities.

Why the Flagship Fund?

  • History of No Losses: Since its inception, the Flagship Fund has never experienced a loss. While there is always risk with investing, including loss of principal, its history highlights a resilient performance.
  • Medium-Term Commitment: Flagship Fund has a 30-month term, making it a good fit for clients seeking both impact and short to medium-term horizon.
  • Quarterly Access: Each quarter, clients may request to withdraw up to 10% of their investment.
  • Broad and Diversified Impact: Because funds are deployed across multiple CDFIs, your capital reaches a wide range of communities and initiatives.
